APEC Energy Ministers Meetings

APEC Energy Ministers’ Meetings (EMMs) provide the EWG with political guidance and directions regarding the development and implementation of its key priorities, initiatives and future work program.   They also provide an opportunity for the EWG to report and receive feedback on the progress of its ongoing work program, and enable Ministers to share dialogue on key energy issues with each other, with EWG Members and with the APEC business community through the EWG Business Network.

EMMs are generally held every two years, with eight meetings held since the EWG’s inception.
